MSK Precision Engineering Group began in 2019 as a small workshop in Cherlapally, Hyderabad, focused on delivering
accurate machining and fabrication with clear timelines and straightforward communication.
As customer needs evolved, MSK grew from a local job shop into an engineering-led manufacturing partner. Today we
provide CNC machining, CAD/CAM, FEA/CFD, reverse engineering, rapid prototyping, additive manufacturing and
digital quality systems for demanding applications.
We are building a new integrated facility at IP-Madharam while continuing to serve the wider Hyderabad industrial
belt. Our team supports Defence, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Marine & Offshore, Robotics, Automotive, Rail and
Agriculture clients with an end-to-end workflow that connects design decisions to shop-floor reality.
MSK is not just a machine shop. We are an engineering company with manufacturing capability – sitting at the
intersection of engineering intent, CNC precision and digital traceability. Our role is to translate specifications,
loads and tolerances into stable, repeatable processes that can be defended with data and documentation.
Our Mission, Vision & Focus
Our Mission
To engineer and deliver precision components and assemblies that perform reliably from prototype to production.
We combine strong mechanical design, disciplined CNC operations, digital tools and clear communication to
support critical applications in Defence, Aerospace, Marine, EV and industrial sectors.
Our Vision
To build MSK into a digitally connected manufacturing ecosystem where CAD/CAE, CNC machining, additive
manufacturing, inspection and production data operate as one integrated workflow. A facility where every part
is tracked, measured and continuously improved using real shop-floor intelligence.
What We Focus On
Components and assemblies where tolerances, loading, interfaces and reliability matter. We specialise in parts
that require engineering review, DFM, simulations and structured documentation – supported by production
processes that are stable, traceable and ready for audits or customer reviews.
Our Capabilities
We deliver high-precision manufacturing and engineering solutions, combining advanced CNC machining, reverse
engineering, and rigorous quality control to meet tight tolerances and fast lead times.
Multi-axis CNC turning, milling, drilling, and surface grinding
Reverse engineering & digitisation from physical parts and legacy spares
Materials: steel, aluminium, titanium, brass, stainless steel, and specialty alloys
Prototype-to-production with inspection reports and documentation
Lean–Agile operations for speed, consistency, and reliability
Engineering Services
Practical engineering support that connects design decisions with real machining and fabrication constraints.
CAD/CAM for seamless handoff to manufacturing.
FEA (Finite Element Analysis): static, modal, fatigue, buckling, thermal stress
DFM (Design for Manufacture): tolerance/fit, process selection, cost and yield optimisation
Reverse Engineering: 3D scanning/CAD reconstruction for discontinued, imported, or undocumented parts
Project Management: scope, schedule, risk, supplier coordination, and compliance support
Lean Methods: 5S, Kaizen, SMED, and standard work to reduce waste and variability
Data, Automation & Precision Engineering
Modern manufacturing needs more than machines – it needs connected information. At MSK, we treat data as another
engineering input, alongside drawings, load cases and tolerances. We combine shop-floor data, engineering models
and digital workflows to make our decisions more objective and our processes more stable.
Where the data comes from:
CNC machine logs, CAM programs, tool sheets, inspection reports, non-conformances, FEA/CFD results and job
histories. Over time, this builds a picture of which parts, features and processes are stable – and which are
not.
In-house ERP/MES-style tracking:
Internal tools that behave like a lightweight ERP/MES system for machining. Jobs move through
digital travellers linking drawings, revisions, fixtures, programs, inspection plans and delivery milestones.
How data science is used:
We look for patterns in tolerances, distortions, rework, cycle times and scrap. Focused statistical models
and machine learning highlight where tighter control brings the biggest benefit.
Digital automation in the workflow:
Automatic generation of inspection templates from CAD, pre-filled traveller documents, linking FEA/CFD envelopes
to process notes, and flagging high-risk geometries based on past jobs.
Practical ML applications:
Anomaly detection on inspection data, predicting dimensions likely to drift, clustering similar parts so
successful process settings can be reused, and estimating cycle times from historical work.
Value for the client:
More consistent quality, fewer surprises, clearer justification for DFM recommendations, and better predictability
on cost and lead time.
In short, we use data science, ERP-style tracking and machine learning to support better engineering judgement –
not to replace it.
3D Printing Solutions
